DevOps Engineer

• Design, migrate, and modernize Kubernetes manifests to align with centralized internal tooling and ArgoCD architecture;
• Lead the upgrade and maintenance of core platform components to ensure system stability and performance;
• Proactively identify and close monitoring and alerting gaps to enhance platform observability;
• Provide expert engineering support for the continuous upkeep and progressive expansion of application platforms;
• Resolve engineering operational tickets, ensuring timely support for internal teams;
• Deliver validated, integrated pull requests accompanied by comprehensive testing that meets company standards;
• Maintain rigorous documentation and concise technical summaries for all resolved tickets and implemented changes;
• Ensure all rollouts to development environments adhere to strict schema and volume requirements.

• Experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure for 5+ years;
• Hands-on production experience with AWS and/or GCP;
• Strong commercial experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters (10k+ vCPU);
• Strong Python coding skills and commercial experience as a software engineer;
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps-based deployment approaches;
• Experience operating and supporting production cloud infrastructure;
• Experience with CI/CD, build, and deployment automation;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Nice to have: experience with API-first service design.
