• Design, build and deliver high quality application packages in line with SLAs for global use;
• Contribute to ongoing projects within Engineering, Base Workplace & Applications and ITI;
• Act as a subject matter expert for specialist products in the field of Application Services;
• Engineer and provide third-line support for the workplace;
• Initiate and lead engineering activities, including coordination with colleagues;
• Translate requirements to propose technical solutions to management;
• Produce design and operational documentation to a high standard;
• Build and maintain relationships with support teams and managers;
• Create and comment on processes and policies within the governance framework;
• Participate in the DevOps team to complete tasks from the team backlog;
• Collaborate with other teams to determine requirements and achieve results.

• Expert knowledge of Application Packaging, Application Virtualisation and related techniques (MSI, MSIX, APPV, etc.);
• Development and automation experience;
• Experience in complex, global environments;
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune;
• Proficiency in Windows OS and systems management techniques;
• Proven ability to design and build new functionality based on requirements;
• Knowledge of application packaging tooling (AdminStudio InstallShield and Orca);
• Nice to have: Agile, Scrum, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune infrastructure, programming and scripting knowledge, Visual Studio (C#), SQL, Power Automate.
