Velmie provides a software-as-a-service platform for the fintech industry.

• Automate software as a service workloads across multiple cloud platforms, primarily AWS;
• Design and execute builds, deployments, and configuration management strategies;
• Develop and refine automated infrastructure provisioning tools;
• Manage code and infrastructure deployments across all environments;
• Analyze metrics to enhance performance and reduce costs;
• Propose innovative ideas to improve delivery processes;
• Maintain and monitor configuration standards and CI/CD tools;
• Update and document processes and procedures;
• Continuously improve infrastructure and application deployment.

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of GitOps using FluxCD;
• Proficiency with Docker and containers;
• Proficiency with Helm;
• Cloud architecture expertise, particularly with AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools;
• Experience with microservice deployment and REST API;
• Ability to work with a wide range of open-source technologies;
• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing conditions;
• English level B1+;
• Nice to have: Background in software engineering, Infrastructure as a code knowledge using Terraform, familiarity with Terragrunt.
