DevOps Engineer

Better Collective develops sports-focused web applications and digital products, maintaining a portfolio of platforms including BolaVIP, Futbin, Action Network, SitesDeApostas, ScoresAndOdds, BettingExpert, HLTV, and RotoGrinders.

• Manage, secure, and scale AWS cloud environments;
• Provision infrastructure using Terraform and handle configuration via Ansible;
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker on AWS ECS or AWS EKS;
• Build and debug serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Cloudflare Workers;
• Set up and maintain automated pipelines via GitHub Actions;
• Configure content delivery, caching, and routing via Cloudflare and AWS CloudFront;
• Maintain infrastructure health tracking and alerts using Checkmk, Prometheus, or Grafana;
• Manage firewalls, VPCs, and network routing;
• Troubleshoot and debug environment issues for Node.js, PHP, and WordPress applications.

• 5+ Years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps managing complex AWS setups;
• Practical understanding of AI concepts, workflows, and tools;
• Strong focus on KPIs, project deadlines, and operational efficiency;
• Expert-level knowledge of Linux administration (Ubuntu and Debian);
• Strong diagnostic skills for live Node.js and PHP/WordPress application issues;
• Nice to have: ArgoCD.
