DevOps Engineer

SkillOnNet is a leading igaming entertainment provider that operates over 30 well-known brands, including PlayOJO, DruckGluck, and BacanaPlay. The company focuses on long-term sustainability and innovation within the gambling and entertainment industry.

• Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in production and non-production environments;
• Design, maintain, and upgrade monitoring and alerting platforms using Grafana, Prometheus, and Alert manager;
• Build, optimize, and secure Docker images and containerized applications;
• Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to automate testing, integration, and deployment;
• Manage Linux servers, including performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery;
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Ceph distributed storage clusters;
• Configure and manage Cloudflare services, including DNS, WAF, CDN, and SSL/TLS;
• Implement infrastructure security best practices and automate compliance controls;
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible;
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations;
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker in production;
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions;
• Solid knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms like Grafana and Prometheus;
• Experience administering distributed storage systems such as Ceph;
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and security;
• Experience managing servers, backups, and infrastructure health;
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare services;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or MongoDB), knowledge of security monitoring and vulnerability management, experience supporting mission-critical production environments, familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
