• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines;
• Manage containerized environments and Kubernetes clusters;
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and configuration management;
• Administer Linux systems including kernel tuning and network namespaces;
• Configure web servers, reverse proxies, and load balancing;
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging stacks;
• Manage databases including replication, backups, and recovery;
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability of production environments;
• Configure network infrastructure;
• Automate tasks with scripts;
• Support microservices, service mesh, and GitOps;
• Maintain disaster recovery, backup strategies, and operational documentation;
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.

• 3+ Years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator;
• Strong Linux administration skills;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools;
• Solid understanding of Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms;
• Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, and database administration;
• Experience with Git, GitOps, service mesh, and virtualization;
• Understanding of security best practices and high-load architecture;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• English: B2 or higher (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: MLOps tools, PKI, secrets management, compliance standards, cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
