• Monitor and operate production systems day to day
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents following established operational procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations with mentorship and escalation support
• Maintain monitoring dashboards, alerting rules, and observability solutions
• Perform service checks, deployments, and configuration updates
• Document runbooks, operational procedures, and known issues
• Improve platform reliability, monitoring, and operational efficiency

• 1+ Years of professional experience in IT, Systems Administration, DevOps, Operations, or Software Engineering roles
• Educational background or professional experience in IT Operations, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering
• Understanding of operational processes, incident management, and escalation procedures
• Ability to work within structured support models and service-level objectives
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and command-line tools
• Understanding of system administration fundamentals, including processes, logs, and networking concepts
• Initial exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with container technologies, particularly Docker
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack
• Ability to read and understand application code written in Java, Python, or scripting languages for troubleshooting
• Understanding of deployment processes and operational support activities
• Comfortable working in Agile and Kanban environments
• English proficiency at minimum B2
