DevOps cloud engineer

Do you have experience with cloud systems? Do you know how to work with distributed systems or replicate data across multiple regions and keep it in sync? Have you also developed with Go, know the specifics of the programming language, and know how to use concurrency in processing? Then you are exactly right for us!

• You will not only develop in the cloud and set up infrastructure and systems, but also have the opportunity to help shape the cloud itself.
• Take on technical leadership – design system architectures according to customer and security requirements and implement them.
• Show your talent and optimize distributed systems in terms of security, performance, scalability, data flows, and stability, and connect them to services in the cloud.
• End-to-end responsibility – the service is your baby! Develop it in Go, deploy it, and operate your service.

• You have completed a degree in IT or comparable training, and your heart is set on cloud topics.
• You have experience in developing, building, and operating highly available applications and cloud solutions, preferably in a SaaS context.
• You are proficient in programming in Go and tools such as GitHub, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Docker, know how to optimize communication between services, and can apply these skills in everyday project work.
• Experience using modern AI tools productively to support your daily work.
• You are passionate about agile environments, automation, and DevOps principles, and find it exciting to come up with and discuss solutions for highly available and scalable systems.
• You are willing to travel and flexible, and can advise our customers on site throughout Germany.
• You speak fluent German and English – great, then you will fit right in at Exxeta.
