Datacenter & private cloud engineer

We are looking for a Datacenter and Private Cloud Infrastructure specialist with solid experience in Enterprise environments, capable of ensuring the operation, evolution and modernization of critical platforms. We are looking for a professional with strong technical skills, strategic vision and a focus on continuous improvement, who can act as a technical reference in areas such as computing, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, security and automation.

• Ensure the operation, availability and evolution of the Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure;
• Administer and optimize virtualization, storage, backup and critical systems platforms;
• Design, implement and manage network infrastructures, ensuring high levels of performance and resilience;
• Implement and strengthen security, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions;
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, acting as a technical reference and escalation point;
• Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to optimize operations and processes;
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability and capacity management tools;
• Participate in defining the architecture, technical standards and technology roadmap for the infrastructure;
• Assess new technologies and contribute to modernization and digital transformation initiatives;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments;
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, backup and security;
• Ability to provide technical leadership for highly complex initiatives;
• Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Excellent analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement;
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
• Good technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
• Focus on service quality, availability and platform resilience;
• At least 5 years of experience in Datacenter infrastructure, Private Cloud or Enterprise environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet or equivalent enterprise networking technologies;
• Solid experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms;
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise storage, including Dell and Huawei solutions, SAN Switching or equivalents;
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam, Dell Avamar or similar;
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems;
• Experience in high-availability, mission-critical and multi-tenant environments;
• Practical experience in automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Будет плюсом: VMware certifications (VCP or higher); Cisco certifications (CCNP or higher); Fortinet certifications (NSE, FCP or FCS); Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud certifications; ITIL certification; Experience with Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python and Git; Experience with Managed Services Providers (MSPs), Cloud Providers or Datacenter operators; Experience in modernization, consolidation and transformation initiatives for critical infrastructures; Ongoing interest in technological developments and the adoption of new solutions and methodologies
