With more than a decade of experience in talent recruitment, Human Profiler is a consultancy specialized in IT Outsourcing and in selection processes for qualified profiles. We follow trends, anticipate needs and align talent with the right challenges, with agility, proximity and a personalized approach. We are currently looking for a Senior Datacenter & Private Cloud Engineer (M/F) to strengthen our team.

Ensure the operation, availability and evolution of the Datacenter and Private Cloud infrastructure;
Administer and optimize virtualization, storage, backup and critical systems platforms;
Design, implement and manage network infrastructures, ensuring high levels of performance and resilience;
Implement and strengthen security, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions;
Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, acting as a technical reference and escalation point;
Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to optimize operations and processes;
Implement and improve monitoring, observability and capacity management tools;
Participate in defining the infrastructure architecture, technical standards and technology roadmap;
Evaluate new technologies and contribute to modernization and digital transformation initiatives;
Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
требования
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments;
Advanced knowledge of enterprise networks, virtualization, storage, backup and security;
Ability to technically lead highly complex initiatives;
Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions;
Excellent analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement;
Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
Good technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
Focus on service quality, availability and platform resilience.
At least 5 years of experience in Datacenter, Private Cloud or Enterprise environments;
Advanced knowledge of Cisco enterprise networks, Fortinet or equivalent technologies;
Solid experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms;
Advanced knowledge of enterprise storage, including Dell, Huawei, SAN Switching or equivalent solutions;
Experience with backup and recovery solutions, such as Veeam, Dell Avamar or similar;
Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems;
Experience in high-availability, mission-critical and multi-tenant environments;
Practical experience in automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
