• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management;
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for fintech and digital financial services;
• Provide security guidance and training to engineers and staff;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate security into new financial services and systems;
• Lead incident investigations related to digital financial services and financial data breaches;
• Provide investigation reports to management;
• Research current security trends and technologies for fintech and digital financial services;
• Ensure compliance with financial data protection regulations and standards;
• Provide oversight and guidance to security team members responsible for protecting financial data;
• Contribute to incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution;
• Follow defined institutional policies and procedures, including technology processes documented in Confluence;
• Take ownership of technology responsibilities defined in Change Management Policies.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience;
• 2+ Years of experience in Cybersecurity or Software Engineering roles in a high-growth environment;
• Proven experience with the core tech stack;
• Understanding of agile workflows and lean principles;
• Business-proficient written and spoken English;
• Proactive team player who drives the growth of colleagues;
