• As a Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d), you conduct security assessments, advance policy and compliance enforcement, manage vulnerability management, and play a central role in security incidents and incident response.
• You design, implement, automate and continuously improve our security measures and solutions.
• You assess applications, technical designs, platforms and changes throughout the development lifecycle.
• You define, implement and review hardening standards for Windows and Linux servers, as well as for cloud and on-premises environments.
• You translate internal security requirements, global standards and regulatory requirements into technically implementable controls.
• You analyze and handle security incidents end to end—from triage and investigation through containment and remediation to recovery.

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of practical experience in cybersecurity engineering, security administration, incident response or security operations, ideally in complex enterprise environments
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, security scanning, patch management, cloud security and AI security
• Experience with application security and security assessments, e.g. threat modeling, security requirements, design reviews, vulnerability assessments or security testing
• Very strong communication and consulting skills, as well as very good written and spoken German and English
