• Deliver and evolve Cloud infrastructure in alignment with the domain's strategy and objectives;
• Design and implement Red Hat and VMware solutions;
• Build infrastructure and integrate network functions within on-premises Cloud environments;
• Work closely with Onboarding teams to automate end-to-end integrations;
• Implement best practices and manage hardware and software lifecycle processes;
• Maintain a robust and scalable technology infrastructure;
• Manage the delivery lifecycle of assigned solutions within Europe;
• Coordinate suppliers and engage with peers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of functionality and quality in projects;
• Develop the onboarding process and automate VNF and CNF delivery;
• Work within allocated delivery budgets and timelines;
• Define, address, track, and report on adherence to standards and guidelines;
• Translate technical requirements into business language.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Customer-oriented and systematic approach to work;
• Ability to work across multifunctional and cultural boundaries to deliver results and change;
• Strong individual applied thinking;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• At least 5 years of professional experience with cloud and virtualization telco workloads;
• Expertise in data centre infrastructure, cloud computing, and Telco virtualization architectures;
• Solid understanding of Red Hat and VMware virtualization and Red Hat/Kubernetes containerization;
• Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols, including BGP, ISIS, and OSPF;
• Experience with Kubernetes networking, including CNIs, Service Mesh, Network Policies, and Ingress/Egress;
• Experience with Network Load Balancers and Firewalls;
• Experience designing and implementing IPv6 solutions;
• Process creation and execution;
• Cloud computing architecture and design for IT and Telco;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Nice to have: Power CLI, Ansible, Powershell, Python scripting expertise.
