• Administer and support Windows Server environments on VMware and Azure, including build, patching, configuration, monitoring, and health management
• Perform daily production checks, monitoring, and alert reviews to ensure platform stability and availability
• Manage hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including identity lifecycle, synchronization, access management, and security best practices
• Apply security and least-privilege standards across infrastructure environments
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM and Azure DevOps, including root cause analysis and resolution ownership
• Implement infrastructure and configuration changes following established change management and CAB processes
• Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure provisioning using PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and runbooks
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration
• Hands-on experience with VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid environments
• Good understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services
• Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, service request, change management, and CAB
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
