• Administer, operate, and develop the Microsoft infrastructure;
• Operate and develop Microsoft Entra ID and modern identity solutions;
• Develop hybrid identity architectures to gradually reduce local dependencies;
• Operate and develop Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Files;
• Administer and develop Microsoft Windows Server environments;
• Analyze and sustainably resolve complex technical incidents and problems;
• Automate administrative and infrastructure processes with PowerShell;
• Create, maintain, and develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Terraform;
• Plan and implement migrations, modernization, and transformation initiatives;
• Take independent responsibility for technical work packages and projects;
• Collaborate with adjacent IT teams, architecture, security, and internal and external stakeholders;
• Develop and establish technical standards and continuously improve platform services;
• Create technical documentation and actively transfer knowledge within the team;
• Shape technical solutions and target architectures;
• Analyze complex technical relationships, justify technical decisions, and drive initiatives independently;
• Support projects and major technical changes from planning through successful implementation;
• Share knowledge within the team and support colleagues with complex issues;
• Contribute to the development of technical standards and ways of working.

• Several years of practical experience in Microsoft infrastructure, cloud, or identity management at senior level;
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, ideally Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Files;
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server;
• Several years of relevant practical experience; a formal degree is less important;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and hybrid identity environments;
• Ability to assess and replace existing dependencies;
• Good PowerShell skills and the ability to independently develop scripts for administrative and automated processes;
• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts;
• Demonstrated experience successfully implementing technical projects, such as cloud migrations, platform modernizations, identity transformations, or automation initiatives;
• Experience analyzing and purposefully modernizing existing technical architectures;
• Ability to independently structure technical topics, develop solutions, and guide them through successful implementation;
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style;
• High standards for quality and security;
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Very good German at B2 level;
• Nice to have: experience with Git and modern DevOps practices, knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, experience with cloud-native, automation, and platform strategies, knowledge of Identity & Access Management, experience migrating from hybrid to more cloud-based Microsoft environments, experience in regulated or security-critical IT environments.
