Select, rent, and manage bare-metal dedicated servers;
Install, configure, and maintain Proxmox VE environments;
Build secure, high-performing Windows/Linux remote desktop environments for clients;
Manage networking, firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and access controls without AD;
Implement backups, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery.

Strong hands-on experience with Proxmox VE and virtual machines;
Experience with Remote Desktop solutions, Linux, and Windows Server;
Solid networking skills, including DNS, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and VLANs;
Proven track record securing hosted infrastructure and multi-client setups;
Nice to have: experience with Ansible/Terraform/scripting, Proxmox HA/Ceph, or web gateways such as Apache Guacamole.
