• Develop and operate modern Kubernetes-based platforms and infrastructures;
• Build and evolve cloud-native solutions based on open-source technologies;
• Develop solutions for the secure transport of software artifacts in complex and isolated environments;
• Contribute to the development and evolution of Kubernetes Operators and process automation;
• Analyze technical requirements independently and derive sustainable solutions;
• Create guidelines and technical documentation;
• Actively contribute to open-source projects and follow current developments in the cloud-native environment.

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical qualification;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud native, Kubernetes, or software engineering;
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and modern cloud-native technologies;
• Confident programming skills in Golang, Python, or a comparable language;
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of GitOps and infrastructure-as-code approaches;
• Knowledge of Linux systems and fundamental networking and infrastructure topics;
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, OpenTofu, Vault, or comparable solutions;
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken;
• Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes Operators.

• Compensation is between 71.000 € and 104.040 €; the actual amount depends on the scope of responsibility, experience, and competencies;
