Hawk provides AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology for banks and payment providers globally. Its solution combines traditional rules and explainable AI to improve AML compliance and fraud prevention, identify more crime, and reduce false positives.

• Work across the full lifecycle of Customer Cloud environments;
• Build systems, automation, and patterns that make Customer Cloud easier to sell, faster to deploy, and simpler to operate at scale;
• Take ownership of the systems and patterns that make Customer Cloud scalable;
• Support technical pre-sales by answering technical questions and providing guidance on architecture, deployment approaches, and operational expectations;
• Standardise Customer Cloud onboarding and deployment;
• Build automation, tooling, and deployment patterns that reduce environment setup from months to days or hours and remove manual effort;
• Design and evolve deployment patterns for stable, observable, and operable Customer Cloud environments;
• Run Hawk across AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift, and Tanzu infrastructure environments;
• Partner with Technical Support and engineering teams to resolve complex issues;
• Turn operational solutions into runbooks, tooling, and documentation;
• Reduce repeat issues and day-to-day engineering involvement in support.

• Experience building and operating cloud-native systems;
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised applications;
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Ability to debug and resolve issues across infrastructure and application layers;
• Comfortable working across build and operate, not only feature development;
• Clear, structured thinking and an ability to simplify complexity;
• Nice to have: Experience with OpenShift or VMware Tanzu, familiarity with data-heavy systems such as OpenSearch, Kafka, and databases, experience supporting enterprise customers or regulated environments, exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
