• Monitor, maintain, and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clients;
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests;
• Manage cloud resources including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Azure VMs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, and Azure Functions;
• Configure and maintain networking components such as VPC, Cloud DNS, Private Service Connect, Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, Azure DNS, NSGs, and Private Endpoints;
• Ensure security and compliance through IAM, Org Policies, VPC Service Controls, Secret Manager, Cloud Audit Logs, Azure AD / Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud;
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps, Cloud Build, or GitHub Actions pipelines;
• Collaborate with client teams and contribute to documentation and runbooks.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core services;
• Good understanding of GCP and Azure networking;
• Knowledge of Azure security fundamentals and GCP security tools;
• Experience with Terraform;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex GCP and Azure infrastructure issues independently;
• Fluent in English and Polish;
• Nice to have: Bicep, AKS, GKE, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification, AZ-104 and AZ-305 certification, familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
