As Chief Information Security Officer at Viessmann Generations Group, you will shape our long-term cybersecurity vision and strengthen security leadership across the Group and its portfolio. You will take ownership of the strategic development of cybersecurity across Viessmann Generations Group and its portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will translate complex cyber risks into clear business priorities and drive a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to security and resilience.

• 10–15 years of relevant cybersecurity or information security experience, including significant leadership responsibility
• Strong track record across cybersecurity strategy, governance, enterprise risk, security operations, and resilience
• Experience in complex corporate or larger mid-sized environments; manufacturing and shopfloor exposure are particularly relevant
• Strong executive stakeholder management combined with strategic thinking and a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style
• Relevant academic background; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, or GIAC are an advantage
