Web3 Frontend Developer for onchain trading terminal

Bitso is a cryptocurrency platform with over 8 million users and a leading presence in Latin America. It develops the region’s cryptocurrency ecosystem and provides access to safe, intuitive financial products to support financial inclusion.

• Own the onchain.cc terminal’s client surface end to end across trenches, perps, prediction markets, Solana, and EVM
• Take sole ownership of at least one revenue-bearing surface, from proposal to production, including execution and fill-quality UX
• Bring the trenches terminal to parity or beyond with pump.fun, Axiom, and FOMO on latency, snipe controls, live data, and one-click execution
• Unify Solana and EVM wallet and transaction flows into a single surface while maintaining feature parity with the Capacitor mobile app
• Propose what to build, applying product judgment to latency-critical trading UX
• Reduce front-end latency on trading surfaces, measured by p95 time to interactive and time to fill
• Own production defect rates and incident recurrence on shipped surfaces

• Have shipped an onchain product to production with real users and real money, such as perps, DEXs, launchpads, prediction markets, or trading terminals; side projects do not count
• Have shipped products on both Solana and EVM
• Trade trenches and understand fills, slippage, priority fees, and lost entries
• Demonstrate ownership by proposing, building, and shipping features without a spec, ticket, or permission
• Understand browser latency and real-time systems, including WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection, and backpressure; be able to explain performance issues by their causes
• Have deep trading UI experience with charting (TradingView), order flow, PnL, fills, transaction states, and actionable handling of onchain failures
• Have wallet UX experience with Solana adapters, embedded wallets (Privy or similar), signing, and approval flows
• Use AI natively in daily work and clearly explain what is delegated to an agent and how its output is reviewed
• Be comfortable with high-performance remote work and reasonable overlap with a global team
• Be passionate about crypto and Bitso’s mission, and resilient in facing industry challenges
• Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and responsibility
• Have exceptional hard skills in the relevant field
