The company provides IT services and consulting. The role supports an insurance-sector client with customer communication solutions for claim status and complaint handling.

• Design and develop solutions supporting customer communication about claim status and complaint handling;
• Create and develop services and components within a microservices architecture;
• Own the technical architecture, technology standards, and quality of delivered solutions;
• Design and oversee integrations with claims systems, CRM, and customer communication channels;
• Estimate task effort and plan technical initiatives;
• Coordinate developers, conduct code reviews, and support the team in solving complex technical problems;
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Architects, and business teams to define and deliver product development.

• At least 5 years of experience in designing and overseeing system architecture;
• Very good knowledge of Java 21+ and Spring/Spring Boot 3.5+;
• Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures;
• Very good knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices;
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation;
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentoring, and architecture workshops;
• Experience co-creating technology roadmaps and assessing risks;
• Experience with end-to-end observability;
• Practical knowledge of API governance;
• Practical knowledge of DDD, including bounded contexts, aggregates, and value objects, and ability to work according to the domain model;
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture;
• Nice to have: Spring AI and experience designing and building applications integrated with AI platforms, Agentic SDLC and spec-driven development, multi-cloud strategies, expert DDD with independent design of bounded contexts and aggregates across the architecture and team mentoring, cloud cost awareness, awareness of data security principles in AI flows, participation in defining organizational technology standards, experience building a team from scratch.
