• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot as a primary AI development tool, with the Claude app as secondary;
• Understanding of credit risk workflows, model integration, and business rating systems;
• Background in data modernization initiatives, including legacy database exit strategies such as DB2;
• Capability to work within an AI-driven SDLC environment and integrate quickly into existing modernization efforts;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
