• Collaborate with the client and participate in project delivery;
• Participate in development work, including solution design, user interface implementation, and business application logic;
• Manage knowledge and quality through code reviews and support the exchange of knowledge and skills within the team;

• Have at least 2 years of commercial programming experience;
• Design and program in Java;
• Work with Spring, including Framework, Boot, and MVC;
• Know relational databases, SQL, and PL/SQL;
• Be willing to work with Docker, Ansible, Apache Camel, Elasticsearch, and Kafka;
• Be willing to learn new technologies and share knowledge;
• Be a team player;
• Have strong communication skills;
• Be goal-oriented, resourceful, and persistent;
• Nice to have: Angular, banking industry experience, Kubernetes or other container applications, SOLID, DRY, Clean Code, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, BPMN, English, AI tools supporting software development and documentation, experience building modern solutions based on language models.
