Java Developer

• Develop and maintain backend services in Java 11+ using Spring Boot and Spring MVC in accordance with SOLID principles and Clean Code practices;
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring proper integration with internal and external systems;
• Work with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases by designing schemas, writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, ensuring correct transaction handling, and complying with ACID principles;
• Implement the data access layer using Hibernate and JPA and optimize query performance;
• Implement caching mechanisms when required and integrate asynchronous communication through Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Ensure application security with Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth2, maintain code quality, and participate in code reviews;
• Support CI/CD processes, work with Git in GitFlow, containerize applications using Docker, interact with Linux environments, and participate in deployments to cloud platforms when required.

• Experience as a Java Developer for 4+ years;
• Strong experience with Java 11+ and 17;
• Deep understanding of JVM, multithreading, and concurrency;
• Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Code principles;
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate or JPA;
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with OpenAPI and Swagger;
• Strong mastery of microservices architecture and core distributed systems design patterns;
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including indexing, transactions, and query optimization;
• Understanding of Redis or MongoDB;
• Experience with Docker, basic Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Basic knowledge of Linux;
• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, secrets management, rate limiting, logging, monitoring, and alerting;
• English level from Intermediate+ and above;
• Nice to have: experience with reactive stack technologies such as WebFlux and Reactor, hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, experience working with gRPC, knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, experience working with fintech or banking systems.
