Software Engineer Java

Staq is a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and embedded finance platform that helps businesses integrate banking and financial services. Its platform supports scalable and secure financial solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and improve team processes

• 3+ Years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency in Java
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalable architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as SQL and MongoDB
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
