The project modernizes core business systems for a large US financial institution.

• Quickly onboard to the customer’s processes
• Develop new features in Java and Kotlin for Spring Boot Microservices and maintain existing ones
• Improve Personalized Search
• Modernize Data Ingestion for faster searching and indexing
• Ensure Cloud Readiness and integration of Azure APIM and Gateway
• Collaborate with other teams and the client to find the best solutions
• Lead development teams

• English B2 or higher
• At least 1 year of Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Architect experience
• At least 5 years of work experience, including enterprise backend system design experience
• Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin and familiarity with Spring/SpringBoot
• Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience with Azure and knowledge of cloud architecture patterns
• Experience with distributed systems and Elasticsearch
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with microservice architecture patterns
• Familiarity with Containers and Orchestration Systems (Kubernetes/PKS/OpenShift)
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Adoption of Agile and DevOps culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
