PASHA Insurance is an insurance company.

• Own end-to-end product delivery within the squad
• Participate in system design for new solutions, changes, and product integrations
• Partner with the Product Owner in quarterly planning, balancing business priorities, technical initiatives, dependencies, and product reliability
• Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments while managing technical risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Ensure product reliability in production, including incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution of underlying issues
• Ensure adherence to PDLC/SDLC processes throughout development and delivery
• Drive technical decomposition of requirements with the Product Owner and IT BA
• Coordinate technical activities across Backend, Frontend/Mobile, QA, DevOps, and IT BA

• Strong technical background in Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET
• Strong knowledge of system design and distributed/microservice architectures
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL
• Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Understanding of reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident management
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Azerbaijani and English language skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead, or experience as a Senior Engineer with responsibility for end-to-end delivery of a squad/product
