team lead in algorithmic trading

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platforms;
• Develop and enhance automated testing scripts using Python and Robot Framework;
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of trading platform features;
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, and platform performance;
• Leverage AI tools to support testing, analysis, and reporting activities;
• Document test results and defects, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders;
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

• 8–10 Years of total experience in software testing or QA roles;
• 6–8 Years of relevant experience in exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading environments;
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing with a 50/50 split;
• Hands-on expertise in Python and Robot Framework for test automation;
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in testing and analysis;
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment;
• Fluency in English at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: Experience in investment banking or financial services technology, knowledge of trading platform architecture and exchange protocols, previous experience working in Agile teams.
