Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer you'll play a critical role in delivering and continuously improving our Real-Time Clearing (RTC) platform — a product that supports clearinghouses with integrated position keeping, risk management, collateral management, and settlement capabilities.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend functionality, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and resilience.
• Improve the scalability, usability, and reliability of existing products across the full software lifecycle — from design and implementation through to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions, helping shape how we build and evolve our systems.
• Investigate production issues and help ensure the reliable operation of business-critical platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates — including business analysts, testers, architects, and client representatives — to align on objectives and deliver outcomes.
