- Experience in the architecture of business-critical solutions, integrations, and cloud services, as well as the ability to take designs all the way to implementation.
- Hands-on experience with agentic or generative AI solutions and an understanding of their evaluation, limitations, and security.
- The ability to communicate with business stakeholders, developers and security professionals, and to justify architectural choices in terms of value, risk, maintainability and cost.

What kind of expertise will help you succeed?
Microsoft environments are central to our work. We value experience with technologies such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, as well as an understanding of the roles of Entra, Agent 365, Purview, and Defender.
Deep expertise across all of these products is not required. What matters is the ability to identify the necessary controls and ensure they work effectively in the chosen implementation.
What does AI-native work mean in this role?
You challenge the existing workflow, not just its technical implementation. For example, in customer or project work, an agent may bring together context from approved sources, prepare decisions, and propose system updates. The agentic workflows you design may also support the transformation of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements and implementation to testing, release, and continuous improvement. You design what the agent is allowed to do, when a human makes the decision, and what criteria must be met before its use can be expanded.
You also use AI-assisted development tools in design, prototyping, and implementation assessment. Responsibility for the architecture does not shift to the model: operational boundaries are implemented in software, and critical controls are not left to prompts alone.
What does this role offer you?
You will have the opportunity to influence both the customer’s future operating model and its technical foundation. The role is well suited to an architect who wants to stay close to implementation and see how design decisions work in real-world use, from the first limited experiment to controlled production deployment.
