задачи
As a Software Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and support high-quality MES and IIoT solutions that improve manufacturing operations. You will work as part of a global, cross-functional Agile team focused on delivering Industry 4.0 solutions and maintaining critical business systems. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work in a hybrid model based in Katowice, Poland.
Develop, maintain, and support manufacturing business systems to ensure high performance and reliability
Support system deployments and continuously improve IIoT/Industry 4.0 solutions for smart connected operations
Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Implement and enhance DevOps processes, including automation of deployments and testing
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global teams to design, develop, test, and integrate solutions
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
At least 3 years of experience in software development or Industry 4.0 solution development and implementation
Experience with programming in Python, Java, or a similar language
Experience in preparing work estimates, including assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
Experience in creating and executing unit tests and automated tests
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies on the job
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Experience in designing, developing, and coordinating application development focused on Digital Manufacturing solutions (e.g., Digital Twin, Optimization)
Experience with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Scikit-learn, or similar
Experience working in Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing environments
