Software engineer in backend services

This full-time, on-site Software Engineer role is based in Minsk. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, TypeScript) and frameworks (.Net, React).
• Hands-on experience in Back-End and Front-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, integration with databases, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to apply them to real-world systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases and basic query optimization.
• Familiarity with Kafka/ RabbitMQ / MassTransit
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site in Minsk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
