• designs, develops, and maintains back-end services and APIs, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability
• writing clean, testable code
• reviewing code from peers
• collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions
• troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• improve existing systems
• participate in architectural discussions and long-term planning
• mentoring less-experienced engineers

• helping drive continuous improvement across the engineering team

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, building and integrating APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying it to design scalable, maintainable systems.
• Experience with modern development tools and practices (version control, testing frameworks, CI/CD).
• Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
