Design, build, and maintain backend services at the core of campaign optimization products
Contribute to team practices and product development, including work planning, retrospectives, and team improvement
Support data scientists in bringing machine learning models to production
Mentor the team on software development practices and promote testing, monitoring, and clean code
Improve software architecture, coding practices, tools, and processes
Work with product, engineering, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business and product needs into viable solutions
Work closely with colleagues and customers, share knowledge, run productive meetings, and pair program and debug
Improve the daily work of staff at hundreds of advertisers using Smartly
требования
Strong Python skills
5+ Years of experience developing and deploying production-quality software
2+ Years of experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
Experience developing and maintaining services under SLA
Analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach
Passion for quickly solving customer challenges while making thoughtful architectural decisions
Adaptability and resilience when facing new or ambiguous challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work 3 days per week at the office
Будет плюсом: Experience with NodeJS, React, and TypeScript; hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; knowledge of MLOps concepts and tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow; an M.Sc. in a relevant field
