• Work on core Linux kernel subsystems including memory management, scheduling, networking, and filesystems;
• Help Linux scale harder, faster, and stronger;
• Optimize resource usage across thousands of virtual machines and containers;
• Collaborate with upstream maintainers to merge patches into the kernel;
• Represent the company at professional conferences such as Open Source Summit and FOSDEM.

• Deep understanding of at least one kernel subsystem;
• Proficiency with syscalls, kernel/user-space interfaces, and Linux internals;
• Experience debugging with kprobes, ftrace, perf, gdb, or similar tools;
• Fluent English for communication, code reviews, and conference talks;
• Nice to have: Deep knowledge of namespaces, cgroups, or KVM, Python scripting for tooling, automation, or test harnesses, familiarity with DevOps pipelines involving container tech or kernel builds.
