SharePoint Lead Developer (On-Premises)

• Lead SharePoint initiatives as a Technical Lead or Architect
• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring end-to-end delivery

• More than 10 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint technologies
• More than 7 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint On-Premises versions 2013, 2016, or 2019
• Experience designing and implementing farm architecture, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
• Extensive experience developing and deploying Farm Solutions (WSP packages)
• Experience implementing Event Receivers and Timer Jobs
• Deep experience with the Server-Side Object Model
• Strong commercial experience with C# and the .NET Framework
• Advanced experience writing PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, and deployment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues using ULS logs
• Experience optimizing SharePoint Search for performance and relevance
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server in SharePoint environments
• Experience building CRM-style systems on the SharePoint platform
