Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving complex architectural challenges, advising clients and turning business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions? Would you like to combine your technical expertise with the business and industry capabilities of one of the world's leading professional services organisations? We are expanding our ServiceNow business in Finland and looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join us in Helsinki.

At Deloitte, we help organisations harness ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform, enabling digital workflows, intelligent automation and business transformation across IT, HR, Customer Service, Finance, Risk, Cyber and other business functions.

Through our Advice, Implement & Operate approach, we support clients throughout their ServiceNow journey, from strategy and architecture to implementation, Application Management Services (AMS) and continuous improvement.

You will play an important role in designing complex ServiceNow solutions, advising clients on their platform strategy and contributing to the development of our ServiceNow capabilities in Finland.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will take ownership of solution architecture and help clients make the right architectural decisions throughout their transformation journeys.

Your assignments may include major ServiceNow implementations, platform modernisation, advisory engagements and Application Management Services. You may also work directly within a client's organisation as a trusted architectural advisor, supporting their internal ServiceNow team with complex technical and strategic challenges.

Your work may take you from advising a client's platform owner on architectural decisions to leading solution design workshops, guiding implementation teams or resolving complex challenges in an enterprise ServiceNow environment.

• Leading the architecture and solution design of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security and alignment with platform best practices.
• Translating complex business and technical requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures.
• Advising clients on ServiceNow platform strategy, Enterprise Service Management, architecture, governance and technology roadmaps.
• Designing solutions across ServiceNow workflows, applications, service portals and digital experiences.
• Making architectural decisions on platform configuration, application development, data models, security and integrations.
• Providing technical leadership to implementation and AMS teams, reviewing solution designs and ensuring delivery quality.
• Supporting platform evolution, architectural governance and continuous improvement throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.
• Facilitating architecture workshops, supporting change management and adoption, and guiding client teams through knowledge transfer and training.
• Collaborating with Deloitte's Nordic and global ServiceNow experts to develop solutions and share best practices.
• Supporting pre-sales activities through solution design, technical discussions, estimates and proposals.
• Exploring emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI, intelligent automation and new platform technologies.

Beyond individual assignments, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ServiceNow architecture practices, technical capabilities and growing business in Finland.

We are looking for an architect who combines strong technical judgement with the ability to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, typically gained over at least five years, including substantial experience in solution design, architecture or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its architecture, capabilities and implementation best practices.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in one or more ServiceNow solution areas, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, SPM, App Engine or AI-powered solutions.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, data models, security, integrations and technical design principles.
• Ability to evaluate architectural alternatives, make sound technical decisions and explain trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience guiding developers and consultants and ensuring technical quality throughout implementation projects.
• Understanding of Enterprise Service Management and how technology, business processes and organisational change come together.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

We also value:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) credentials, or an ambition to pursue them.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD and Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, platform governance or complex multi-vendor environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, customer portals and digital experience architecture.
• Experience as a client-side architect, platform architect or trusted technical advisor.
• Experience with Application Management Services, platform lifecycle management or managed services.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution estimation or consulting.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, Now Assist and intelligent automation.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and developing technical practices.

You do not need expertise across every ServiceNow product area. We value architects with deep expertise in one or more domains, combined with the ability to understand and design solutions within the broader ServiceNow platform.
