• You shape and extend our LangGraph-based chatbot and agentic engine, from RAG workflows to new subsystems such as tool- and skill-enabled playbooks, and make key architectural decisions for our FastAPI backend.
• You turn AI concepts, such as new agent capabilities or tool integrations, into robust, well-tested Python code and ensure our services run reliably under real client requirements.
• As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility for code quality and review processes and act as a sparring partner for your team on complex backend and data model questions, for example MongoDB and Azure Search.
• You develop mechanisms that allow LLM-powered workflows to be configured securely, transparently and for specific clients, from tool registries to versioned prompt and skill bundles.
• You share your expertise in Python, LLM integration and software architecture with colleagues and actively drive the development of our engineering standards.

• Several years of experience developing backend services with Python, ideally with FastAPI or comparable asynchronous frameworks
• Experience with LLM integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain or comparable agentic architectures
• Confident working with NoSQL databases, for example MongoDB, and cloud environments, ideally Azure, including scaling, security and observability
• Experience with Clean Code, testing, linting/static analysis and CI/CD, as well as a strong awareness of maintainability and code quality
• You communicate technical topics clearly to departments and stakeholders and have very good English and ideally German skills, as well as a willingness to travel
