• Investigate and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow integrations (e.g., data not syncing, errors in flows)
• Collaborate with senior developers to support and enhance integration solutions using REST and SOAP APIs
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting ServiceNow modules, especially within ITSM and CMDB
• Perform basic scripting tasks (JavaScript, Glide) under guidance
• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for recurring issues
• Participate in regular team meetings and knowledge transfer sessions
• Support routine updates and patching of the ServiceNow platform

• 1–3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and willingness to learn Glide scripting
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience working with or learning about tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, or DocuSign integrations
• Understanding of CMDB or CSDM concepts
• Participation in ServiceNow training or certification programs (e.g., CSA)
