• Build new products inside the company;
• Develop new code with Rust and work with existing Go/Ruby code;
• Create PoCs in new areas and drive them to production or abandon them.

• Strong experience writing, shipping, and maintaining Rust code for 2+ years;
• Experience with other languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, JS, or Java;
• Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms, multiprocessing, and memory management;
• Experience developing high-performance asynchronous applications with Rust, preferably using tokio;
• Good understanding of network protocols and stacks;
• Good understanding of database technologies, including classic databases and modern NoSQL;
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools;
• Understanding of the Linux environment;
• Spoken English sufficient to pass the technical interview and work with colleagues;
• Readiness to work with teams distributed across the world and time zones;
• Result-oriented problem-solving skills;
• Ability to propose solutions in problematic areas rather than remain passive;
• Openness to new technologies and switching between projects;
• Readiness to travel for business;
• Nice to have: Golang/Ruby knowledge, experience with WASM, Open Source contributions.
