IPS Intelligent Process Solutions provides specialized software solutions and support for global organizations, focusing on Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, and analytics for the energy industry and other sectors.

• Develop and maintain modern React/TypeScript frontend applications and reusable UI components following company architecture, coding standards, and best practices;
• Implement scalable application workflows and frontend state management using architecture-approved patterns and modern frontend practices;
• Translate UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into responsive, accessible, high-quality user interfaces;
• Optimize frontend performance, maintainability, browser compatibility, and user experience across enterprise web applications;
• Collaborate with architects, lead developers, backend teams, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions;
• Support modernization and migration of enterprise applications toward cloud-based and microservice-oriented architectures;
• Integrate frontend applications with REST/OData APIs, authentication systems, cloud services, and enterprise backend components;
• Troubleshoot UI, integration, and data-related issues; validate result sets and propose practical technical improvements;
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, automated testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of frontend development processes;
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity in coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation;
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and compliance with company standards.

• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or any related field;
• Experience with Microsoft .NET technology and C#;
• 5+ Years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining web-based user interfaces;
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React and state management libraries such as Redux;
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications;
• Solid understanding of responsive design and optimizing user interfaces for different screen sizes and devices;
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for web applications, including lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient data handling.
