Omega CRM is a global digital company specializing in accelerating the Business Experience (BX) of clients through customer-centric solutions, technology, and data enhanced by AI. As part of the dentsu group, the organization provides end-to-end solutions integrating media, creativity, content, technology, and strategy to deliver business impact across industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Pharma, Real Estate, and Education.

• Develop and maintain high-quality web or mobile applications using React;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs;
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
• Work on FE design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design system components.

• 3-5+ Years of experience in web development with a focus on React;
• Proficiency in TypeScript;
• Understanding of React core concepts and best practices;
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Next.js;
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Tanstack Query, Zustand, or Context API;
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Nice to have: Mobile development, collaborative mindset, curiosity and passion for new technologies, problem-solving skills, adaptability, efficiency, excellent communication skills, knowledge of modern web development tools, familiarity with Agile methodologies, experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
