Insify sells insurance products to small businesses in the Netherlands, Germany, and France, and is expanding into additional markets. The company is building an AI-powered SME insurance business for the European market.

• Build, edit, and maintain landing pages and blog articles that drive acquisition and conversion;
• Grow the design system with reusable blocks that the growth team can compose independently;
• Make new countries and products cheaper to launch through configuration and content models;
• Build AI-powered internal tools for content generation, review, and analysis;
• Ship growth experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to live test;
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, SEO, ChatGPT, and other AI search visibility;
• Implement pixel-perfect interfaces, animation, and screen-reader accessibility;
• Own CI/CD and Netlify infrastructure for the website, including speed and error monitoring;
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing to deliver a strong customer experience.

• 3+ Years of experience building applications with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Ability to ship fast, clean, and maintainable code;
• Ownership and impact mindset, including working beyond the direct stack across data, backend, and frontend when needed;
• Enablement mindset and ability to build tools that make other people faster;
• Ability to use AI effectively in daily work and explain where it helped or hurt;
• Curiosity and growth mindset, with a willingness to experiment, seek feedback, and learn quickly;
• Nice to have: Experience with Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, or similar headless CMS; experience with Gatsby, Next.js, Astro, or another static site generator; experience with A/B testing and SEO.
