react for AI-enabled commercial intelligence

The team develops AI-enabled solutions for a signal-driven commercial intelligence platform that connects market insights, content creation, sales engagement, and client feedback.

• Contribute to application design using industry best practices;
• Implement new features in collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and engineers;
• Share technical solutions and product ideas through design reviews, pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions;
• Provide insightful code reviews and receive feedback constructively;
• Take ownership of outcomes;
• Apply AI as a primary tool to design, build, test, and support solutions.

• 5+ Years of software engineering experience with expertise in frontend technologies;
• Practical experience with React and preferably Next.js;
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation;
• At least basic backend skills with services and databases;
• Fluency in AI technologies and experience using AI agents to design, code, and test applications;
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build and maintain close working relationships with distributed team members and business partners;
• English at B2 Upper Intermediate level;
• Nice to have: Backend API, services, SQL, knowledge of AI fundamentals, understanding of AI solutions including orchestration and RAG.
