• Craft new customer features within a squad team, owning quality from design to production;
• Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide improvements;
• Raise the bar for developer experience across peers;
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams;
• Use AI to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery;
• Contribute to and use Qonto’s design system and UI library;
• Improve team tools and processes at multiple levels;
• Experiment with AI tools, share learnings, and help scale effective practices across the guild.

• At least three years of professional experience with React.js, HTML, and CSS;
• Strong knowledge of pure CSS;
• High attention to detail;
• Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication;
• Ability to use AI for research, writing, coding, and testing while validating outputs and protecting product reliability and user trust.

• Work is available to people living in or willing to relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, or Spain;
• Access to best-in-class AI tools, including Claude, Claude Code, and internal workflows;
• The company has a 100+ strong Frontend community within a 500+ Product Engineering department;
• Teams consist of 5 to 10 people;
• The company provides a proprietary design system and UI library.
