• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions;
• Build scalable reporting automation and alerting workflows;
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations;
• Implement and manage Microsoft Fabric environments including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Pipelines;
• Create and support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions;
• Integrate Power BI with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems;
• Implement AI-powered analytics using Microsoft Copilot and Fabric capabilities;
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on end-to-end data platform solutions.

• 10+ Years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting Development;
• Advanced Power BI expertise including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling;
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric;
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps;
• Proficiency in Azure Data Services such as ADF, Synapse, and Azure SQL;
• Strong SQL and data warehouse knowledge;
• ETL / ELT development and data governance experience;
• Experience designing scalable reporting and analytics solutions;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: SAP BW integration experience, AI/Copilot-enabled reporting solutions, experience with enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
