• Develop high-performance and secure Go code;
• Optimize performance through profiling, bottleneck elimination, and allocation management;
• Design and implement REST and gRPC API contracts;
• Work with complex PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis schemas, including indexes, transactions, and distributed locks;
• Integrate Kafka, RabbitMQ, and NATS message queues and implement retry and deadline mechanisms;
• Participate in CI/CD design and automate deployment and rollback;
• Configure monitoring, logging, and tracing;
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and establish quality standards;
• Manage technical debt and participate in incident postmortems.

• 5–7 Years of development experience, including 3–4 years of Go production experience;
• Deep understanding of Go memory model, GC, goroutines, and channels;
• Ability to write concurrent code without data races;
• Experience with generics, idiomatic Go, and pprof profiling;
• Ability to read legacy Python/Django code and transfer business logic;
• Understanding of the Strangler Fig pattern;
• Ability to translate Django Models into Go structures, including DateTime, Decimal, and JSONField types;
• Experience replacing Django ORM with raw SQL, sqlc, or gorm;
• Deep SQL knowledge, including window functions, CTEs, and indexes;
• Experience configuring traffic routing between legacy and new systems using Nginx/Kong and feature flags;
• Experience with Gin, Fiber, Echo, or net/http with chi/gorilla;
• Experience designing REST/gRPC APIs and using OpenAPI 3.0/Swagger;
• Experience integrating Keycloak with OAuth2/OIDC and configuring logout and session invalidation;
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS and Outbox, Saga, and CQRS patterns;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes health checks and probes, Helm, CI/CD, and monitoring tools;
• Experience writing unit and integration tests;
• System thinking: understanding migration as architectural refactoring rather than syntactic translation;
• Experience conducting Tech Design sessions and RFCs, with the ability to justify decisions and accept criticism;
• Adaptability in analyzing distributed Django logic, including signals and mixins, and rethinking it in Go;
• Nice to have: real-world Python-to-Go migration experience, Temporal/Cadence, Event Sourcing, Open Source Go projects, CDC with Debezium or Foreign Data Wrappers.
