You will become part of a team of independent experts working to challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement and use data, AI and automation to create smarter ways of working. Today, the team includes statisticians, a data scientist and strategic project managers, and we are expanding our capabilities to accelerate process optimization and AI-driven innovation across Quality.

As Quality Data Scientist, you will help build the trusted data foundation and analytical models behind AI-enabled Quality solutions. Your focus will be on execution and optimization, working globally with colleagues across Quality and other stakeholders who depend on quality-related data, insights, and solutions.

• Build trusted data foundations: Prepare quality-related data for AI and advanced analytics, while monitoring data quality, accuracy, accessibility, and performance.
• Develop advanced analytical and AI solutions: Create robust methodologies to extract and interpret quantitative and text data and develop solutions using machine learning and advanced AI approaches, including generative AI and large language models.
• Bring solutions into daily use: Own relevant production-ready solutions from implementation and training through continuous improvement, and support solution teams in keeping models reliable in daily use.
• Turn data into actionable insights: Create transparency across quality systems through trends, visualizations, and Power BI dashboards that enable informed decision-making.
• Demonstrate business value: Track usage and relevant KPIs to provide insight into the benefit realization of AI solutions.
• Strengthen responsible data practices: Define and apply governance for selected quality data in line with applicable data security, classification, and privacy requirements.

We are looking for someone who combines strong data science capabilities with the ability to apply them in a business environment.

• A master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience preparing and working with complex structured and/or unstructured data, developing analytical or AI models.
• Experience with developing machine learning, AI solutions and model deployment.
• A strong understanding of data quality, governance, and management.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• Awareness of data security and responsible AI practices.
• The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Experience with technologies such as Python, KNIME, Power BI, Databricks, Copilot Studio, and GitHub would be valuable.

Ways of working

The position is based in Denmark and involves collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders globally. You should expect approximately 0–5 travel days per year.

We work according to an office-first principle, with the option to work from home 1–2 days per week after a successful onboarding.
