The team designs and develops production ML systems and integrates LLM solutions into products.

• Design and develop production ML pipelines;
• Create LLM solutions, including agent flows, RAG, and prompt engineering;
• Integrate LLM solutions into products;
• Design ML and LLM systems at the system and architectural levels;
• Communicate directly with the client’s English-speaking team.

• 5+ Years of commercial Python experience at Lead level, including ownership and project leadership;
• 3+ Years of experience with AI/ML frameworks;
• Experience building and maintaining production ML pipelines;
• Practical experience creating LLM solutions, including agent flows, RAG, and prompt/context engineering, and integrating them into products;
• Strong system and architectural design skills, including LLM systems;
• Confident experience with databases: RDBMS, NoSQL, and vector stores;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their AI/LLM services;
• Confident spoken English and ability to communicate directly with stakeholders;
• Nice to have: knowledge of a second backend language such as Java, C#, Node.js, or C++; experience working on a SaaS product with direct user feedback.

• Europe/Russia time zone.
